Villa Kunčabok is located near the town of Kukljica on the island of Ugljan in the beautiful bay of Kuncabok. It is surrounded by pine trees and olive groves. The house is completely isolated directly by the sea opposite the town of Kukljica. On the west side, it has a view towards the island of Iž and Dugi otok. During sunset, the sun's rays shine with color and scenes that will remind you of your stay in Villa Kunčabok.
Villa Kunčabok is about 3 km from the town of Kukljice. The town has a post office, health center, coffee bars, restaurants, market, shops, butcher and market. Fresh fish, fruit and vegetables can be found at the outdoor market.
The island of Ugljan and Pašman are connected by a bridge, which allows many trips on foot, by bike or by car. Beautiful excursion spots are the Čokovac Monastery (Pašman), the fortress of St. Mihovil (Preko), from where there is a wonderful view of the Zadar channel and Kornati, Dugi otok and the island of Iž.
Right in front of the villa is a beautiful beach with palm trees. There is a large pier on the coast, which offers mooring for boating enthusiasts. From here it is an excellent starting point for sailing around the Kornati.
There is a barbecue in the yard and covered private parking for guests.
A gas station, a pharmacy and a dentist are in the town of Preko, where there is also a ferry port for Zadar
